Trust, Verified
Can you trust the developer? The building? The neighbourhood? For the most expensive decision most people ever make, the honest answer on every real estate platform has been: … Not really. Reviews are easy to fake. Developer track records stay hidden. Neighbourhood quality is word of mouth at best. Avito decided to be the exception.
KNOW YOUR DEVELOPER
Before you buy a new build, you want to know one thing: will this company actually finish the building, and on time? Trust Index gives humans a score pulled from the developer's real track record: on-time completions, delays, resale outcomes, verified reviews. I designed how it lands on listing, building and developer pages. Shipped. Then it became the face of Avito National Campaign in 24' — primetime TV, digital, outdoor on the main streets of Moscow and regions. And once people move in, they leave reviews. On every other platform, those come with a question mark — fakes, paid praise, agents posing as buyers. After the designs shipped, we built a verification layer on top: a gauntlet of checks that makes sure only real people with real experience can post. The mechanics aren't public on purpose. The moment you publish your fraud defence, you invite fraud. Most platforms can't prove their reviews are real. Not here. 540K verified against 420K target. And growing. Only platform in the country to run this. 2nd Avito National Campaign in 25', built on top of this work.
MEET THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A flat is only as good as the ten minutes around it. Transport. Schools. Parks. Noise. Every other platform asks the buyer to trust the listing's own words on the area. We brought the data in from the source — transport telemetry, accessibility scoring, territory ratings — negotiated directly with Moscow's urban data teams. Macro: how the building connects to the city — subway, schools, city center in minutes. Micro: how it feels once you're there — parking, car-free courtyards, bike storage, taxi stops. The piece that turns "a nice building" into "nice building in a place that works" shipped back in 24'.
